Description
Wide 42cm diameter balloon tyres with stainless steel 1″ bearings for reduced rolling resistance on all surfaces including soft sand, includes fittings.
Beware of cheaper alternatives which lack the stainless bearing required for the weight of the Weta – without them you just won’t be able to move it through soft sand or mud.
If your trolley is new it has stainless stub axle tubes which are long enough to be extended 21cm for the Beach Wheels. If not you will need to replace them with 40cm stub axle tubes (allowing for 20cm to remain in the aluminium trolley axle tube). Note that removing the old ones can be a problem on old boats that have been used in seawater because of corrosion.
